Glenn Sabele

Glenn Sabele is Of Counsel at the Law offices of Elovich and Adell and is a distinguished trial attorney. Glenn is a long standing member of the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association where he currently serves as the organization’s acting president. Glenn is an active member and currently serves as the Vice President of the Long Beach Lawyers Bar Association. Glenn graduated from the University of Maryland in 1975. He received his Juris Doctor from SUNY at Buffalo Law School in 1978 and his LLM in Taxation from NYU Law School in 1981. He was assistant General Counsel at the New York City Transit Authority from 1978 – 1987. In 1987 he joined Royal Insurance as Senior Trial Counsel. In 1990 he left Royal Insurance to come to Elovich and Adell. Glenn is admitted to practice law in the State of New York the Eastern District, and the Southern District. Glenn is a highly experienced plaintiff’s civil litigation attorney. He has settled and tried hundreds of matters including, negligence, accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home accidents, elevator accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, wrongful death and labor law violations.

 

Mitchel Sommer

Mitchel Sommer is Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Elovich and Adell. Mitchel is a highly effective advocate and appellate attorney. Mitch is a current member of the Long Beach Lawyers Bar Association, where he serves as its current treasurer. Mitch’s areas of practice include handling matters in the fields of negligence, accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home accidents, elevator accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, wrongful death, property damage and civil litigation. Mitch is a highly skilled appellate attorney who is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern District, Southern District, Second Circuit United States Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mitchel graduated from Richmond College in 1974. Mitchel received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1977 where he graduated with honors. Mitchel was admitted in Georgia where he practiced in Atlanta for a number of years and has been a member of Elovich and Adell since 1990.
