TRUDY ADELL

Trudy Adell is one of the founding members of the law offices of Elovich and Adell. A graduate of Sewanhaka High School and Browns Business School, Trudy first worked as a secretary and later a paralegal in the Law Firm of Lawrence Elovich, Esq. While serving as a paralegal, she attended college and law school at night and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University. Subsequently, she graduated Cum Laude from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. Presently, Trudy specializes in personal injury law and serves as the managing partner of the law firm of Elovich and Adell.. In addition, Trudy is an active member of the Long Beach community. As such, she holds leadership positions in several organizations. Specifically, Trudy is a former president of the Long Beach Lawyers Assocation, director of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, counsel to the Long Beach Auxiliary Police, pillar member of the Long Beach Medical Center and member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

GLENN SABELE

Glenn Sabele is a partner at the Law offices of Elovich and Adell and is a distinguished trial attorney. Glenn is a long standing member of the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association where he currently serves as the organization’s acting president. Glenn is an active member and currently serves as the Vice President of the Long Beach Lawyers Bar Association. Glenn graduated from the University of Maryland in 1975. He received his Juris Doctor from SUNY at Buffalo Law School in 1978 and his LLM in Taxation from NYU Law School in 1981. He was assistant General Counsel at the New York City Transit Authority from 1978 - 1987. In 1987 he joined Royal Insurance as Senior Trial Counsel. In 1990 he left Royal Insurance to come to Elovich and Adell. Glenn is admitted to practice law in the State of New York the Eastern District, and the Southern District. Glenn is a highly experienced plaintiff’s civil litigation attorney. He has settled and tried hundreds of matters including, negligence, accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home accidents, elevator accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, wrongful death and labor law violations.

DARRYN SOLOTOFF

Darryn Solotoff is a partner at the Law offices of Elovich and Adell. Darryn has the diverse knowledge to effectively and creatively handle many different areas of law. He is a current member of the Long Beach Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Law Bar Association, and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Darryn graduated from Ithaca College in 1999 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University. Darryn’s areas of expertise include negligence, personal injury, criminal defense, labor and employment law, commercial transactions and real estate. Darryn is an experienced trial attorney and effective advocate who fights hard for his client’s rights.

MITCHEL SOMMER

Mitchel Sommer is a partner at the Law Offices of Elovich and Adell. Mitchel is a highly effective advocate and appellate attorney. Mitch is a current member of the Long Beach Lawyers Bar Association, where he serves as its current treasurer. Mitch’s areas of practice include handling matters in the fields of negligence, accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home accidents, elevator accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, wrongful death, property damage and civil litigation. Mitch is a highly skilled appellate attorney who is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern District, Southern District, Second Circuit United States Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mitchel graduated from Richmond College in 1974. Mitchel received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1977 where he graduated with honors. Mitchel was admitted in Georgia where he practiced in Atlanta for a number of years and has been a member of Elovich and Adell since 1990.
